A training and assessment course for engineers who install, service, maintain and repair commercial catering appliances.
On successful completion, the engineer will be awarded a certificate of competence for:
Commercial catering core gas safety (CCCN1)
Ranges, grills, steam ovens (COMCAT1)
Deep fat fryers (COMCAT3)
Duration - Initial:
5 -6 days
Duration - Re-assessment:
4 - 5 days
Course attendees will be provided with a comprehensive training manual, lunch and complimentary refreshments
