A training and assessment course for engineers who install, service, maintain and repair appliances in mobile catering facilities.
On successful completion, the engineer will be awarded a certificate of competence for:
Mobile catering (CMC)
To be eligible to take this assessment, candidates need to hold appropriate core and appliance assessments e.g.:
Commercial catering core gas safety (CCCN1)
Natural gas to liquefied petroleum gas changeover (CONGLP1)
Ranges, grills, steam ovens (COMCAT1)
Deep fat fryers (COMCAT3)
